Evaluation

After My Animation was completed I showed it to various people I knew, asking them why they enjoyed it, why it was interesting, how they believed it was created and if it could be improved or not.

90% of the people that commented on the video extremely liked it:

"Awesome!!... Must have taken some doing."

This I believed was very successful and was in regards to both of my animations.

Although, I found it very difficult to understand and create a form of animation, I also found it really interesting and challenging.

This was shown, when I tried to create my 2D animation, I had trouble with the size, unfortunatly creating it to large to animate, originally which i though was a good idea, but sadly set me back, thus taking up valuable time.

I had further comments onto how i could improve my animation, making it look more realistic:

"Do you reckon that see-through nylon cord might be better for tying around the figures next time, so it ain't as noticable?"

This I took into consideration, and when I next come to creating an animation I will now consider using thin nylon cord to create the illusion of the characters jumping.

The most popular scene from my main animation, the 3D animation, was when the alien (Aliens) spews acid onto its opponent, which actually took moments and was a sudden idea to include it, and had outstanding results.

"Brilliant job though Callum... LOVE the way you get Alien spewing that stuff out! :-)"

This comment thus made me very proud of what i have achieved, and although i enjoyed being creative and bringing an inanimate object to life, I sadly dont think its my area of expertise
